Georgia Gouda
Description
Georgia Gouda is a raw cow's milk cheese that is aged a minimum of 60 days. This cheese has a deep yellow color, is very dense, yet creamy and has a little tart, tangy flavor at first which slowly fades to a smooth finish with some sweetness.
Additional Information: As you may know, the state of Georgia is known for its peaches, and pecans and those are excellent accompaniment for the Georgia Gouda. Alternatively serve this gourmet cheese with dark breads, almonds, and fresh fruit on a cheese tray. Georgia Gouda is also a great melting cheese, so try it as an addition to fondue or on your burger or on vegetable.
