A striped shirt with the proportions turned up a little. The Type 185 has a boxy, slightly cropped shape with a mandarin collar and half-button front, giving classic shirting a more relaxed point of view. Wear it loose with denim, layer it over a tee, or let the oversized shape peek out from under a sweater as the weather cools.
Entirely made in Italy by PeppinoPeppino. Also available in Brown Stripe.
We like the Type 185 because it takes something as familiar as a striped shirt and makes it feel new again. The shorter, boxier shape works especially well with higher-waisted denim and trousers, while the navy stripe is easy enough to treat like a neutral.
