Shorn Icelandic Sheepskin Throw Rug

Our flagship product. Black Sheep (White Light) was among the first importers of Icelandic sheepskins into North America nearly a decade ago. We continue to set the benchmark of quality for these luxurious, eclectic hides. Supplying to major US retailers for years. Utilized as a rug or throw draped over a chair or a bed, an Icelandic sheepskin’s long, soft wool brings warmth and sophistication to any setting.

Size: 36-40" x 26-30" x 1-2" wool lengths. Note: Measurements are approximate, taken from the wool side.

Material: Tanned leather and wool.

Care: Shake and/or vacuum occasionally to remove dust and debris. In the event of a spill or stain, mix wool-specific detergent with warm water to produce foam. Using foam only (do not soak or submerge sheepskin in water), work the foam over the affected area and pat dry with a clean cloth. Shake and leave to dry, finish with a combing.
