Basil Garden Seeds

Basil is a must have herb for homemade pesto! This classic herb is best consumed fresh from the garden! It is known for its taste and health benefits, such as being high in antioxidants.  Since basil prefers warm weather, most gardeners with a sort growing season prefer to start basil seeds indoors 3-4 weeks before the last frost date.

Instructions:

To direct sow, plant the seeds 1/4" deep in rich soil and full sun.  Basil thrives in soil that drains well, but needs water frequently.
