When Chris Welles of American Rhino set out to design shoes, he knew a super stylish pair of leather and suede high top sneakers had to be on the list. 

Chris focused on making the fit and feel exceed sneaker fans' expectations, including additional ankle support, memory foam insole, and added sole flexibility. The result is a pair of high-top sneakers with a clean, modern silhouette and a few tasteful nods to tradition. Contrasting stripes of Kenyan Kikoy cotton add just the right amount of color to almost any outfit. And as always, American Rhino's shoes and handbags feature responsibly sourced leather that is processed according to higher environmental standards.

Shipping + Returns

Please review our Shipping & Returns page for more details and information on our return policy.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on select items within 14 days of receipt. Items must be postmarked by the 14th day to be eligible for a refund. You may contact us should you have any questions.

Please note all original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend all returns be sent insured and with tracking as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products.  All items must be unused and in new condition with any tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted.

What is your return policy?

Most eligible items may be returned within 14 days for a refund and within 30 days for store credit or exchange. Some categories, including furniture, lighting, vintage items, food, and personal care products, are final sale. Please see our Returns Policy for complete details.

Yes. We ship throughout the United States, with shipping options that vary depending on the product.
