Salami

Our richest and creamiest salami boldly flavored with cheese from Blue Jacket Dairy (Bellefontaine, Ohio), Chardonnay from Debonne Vineyards (Madison, Ohio), chopped garlic, and fresh sage. All of our salami and chorizo is shelf stable and has a 4-6 month shelf life. We stamp all of our products with a 6-months "Best if Used By" date from the day they are packaged. We never ship products with less than 4-months left on that date. Size: 5 oz.
