Fig & Walnut Confit
This delicious confit with fig & walnut pairs with any cheese perfectly. Confit is similar to marmalade, but it is made with less sugar and more fruit. The combination of tangy and sweet creates a delicious contras to cheese.
Once opened: consume within 3 weeks and refrigerate
Figs, sugar from apple, grape and/or dates, cane sugar, white wine, walnuts, fruit pectin, and concentrated lemon juice.
